A man of resilience and tenacity, Carlos charted his course through college, engaging in a variety of roles that shaped his multifaceted skill set. His journey saw him serving scoops at Coldstone Creamery, tending to patients as an EMT and an emergency room technician, and exploring the scientific realm as a microbiology lab assistant in Newport Beach, CA.

His academic pursuits led him to Long State University, where he achieved a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies. Never one to rest on his laurels, Carlos furthered his education at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ. Here, he earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration, specializing in Government & Policy (MPA).

Carlos’s professional trajectory reflects his diverse experiences and deep commitment to serving others. He worked as a social worker for the State of Arizona, an operations manager for a multi-million-dollar trucking start-up, and once again dedicated himself to social work in Oklahoma.

In 2019, he added another feather to his cap by acquiring his Life, Health & Sickness, and Accidental insurance license. This marked the beginning of his journey into the world of insurance. Initially a part-time commitment, his passion for protecting families and their assets transformed into a full-time endeavor.

Carlos’s strong ability to connect with people, combined with the empathetic skills honed during his social work years, have fueled his rapid growth in the life and health insurance industry. Today, he regularly helps around 200 families secure their futures with life insurance.

Away from his desk, Carlos is an avid runner, weightlifter, and soccer enthusiast. An early bird, you can find him at 10GYM in Broken Arrow, OK, every day at 4:30 AM. His spiritual side brings him to Life.Church South BA every Sunday. He resides in Broken Arrow with his loving wife, Darlene, and their three beautiful children – Ariana, Adam, and Adelina.
